Sandra Eskenazi Mental Health Center Adult Outpatient primarily serves those with psychotic disorders and severe mood disorders who need some level of case management due to loss of functioning in multiple areas of their lives.
Services:
– Case management
– Individual and group training for activities of daily living
– Individual and group therapy
– Full psychiatric nursing services including medication training and monitoring
– Psychiatric evaluation by a provider
– Behavioral primary health care coordination
– Adult mental health habilitation services
