On 12th September, Hard Rock Cafes European flagship, Hard Rock Cafe Piccadilly Circus hosted their Grand Opening Party. The party kicked off with a Guitar Smash to mark the official opening with members of our Hard Rock team alongside Slipknot’s Sid Wilson and The Amazon’s Chris Alderton participated in the smash and donated memorabilia.
A Harley Davidson ride-by, followed by a Seminole branded bus with our Hard Rock team & models on board created hype on Piccadilly Circus before the doors opened. Stars to walk the red carpet included reality icons James Lock, Lauren Goodger and Nathan Henry, plus London’s leading media, influencers and fashionista’s.
Guests were treated to our legendary cocktails and infamous canapés, alongside amazing food stations showcasing Piccadilly Circus exclusive menu items. Stephen Judge welcomed guests and presented a $100,000 donation to The Mercury Phoenix Trust.
An exclusive performance by Keane, ahead of their sold-out UK tour, was one of the evening’s highlights. Other performances included a cool street dancer, rap artist and beatboxer, live from our Flavours of Piccadilly Circus stage, plus a fashion show flash mob with designer Laura Be and DJ Katie Owen, the UK’s hottest up and coming female DJ, spinning tunes ‘til late.
