Mike Dorsey, who directed a 2015 documentary about the death of Tupac Shakur, has been subpoenaed to testify in the murder trial of Duane “Keffe D” Davis, alleged organizer of the rap icon’s killing. Dorsey tells “Jesse Weber Live” that Davis’s relatively recent accounts of his involvement in Shakur’s 1996 death have boomeranged into the court proceedings that get underway Monday with opening statements. “It’s a surreal moment,” he says.
