You can add fall flavor without the empty calories:
– Using unsweeted almond milk and unsweeted Greek yogurt saves you extra calories from sugar.
– Canned pumpkin puree offers 4 grams of fiber in every 1/2 cup.
– Adding chia seeds boosts the nutritional profile of smoothie. Chia seeds also expand and help with feeling of fullness.
