Reid Health PACE Center is centered around the mission of keeping seniors healthy, safe and independent. PACE is a comprehensive care center that houses primary care, social activities, transportation, nutrition, supporting care (rehabilitation), and basic hygiene (showers, washers, and dyers) all in one place. Each participant is equipped with a care team of 11 PACE staff members that ensure all needs are met while caregivers can rest easy knowing their loved one is in good hands. The ultimate goal of PACE is to keep seniors safe and independent while allowing them to still live at home.
