In this video I crush a block of Tillamook Cheese. I debut my new and improved Hydraulic Press that has a much larger crushing surface area. I talk about how Tillamook cheese is so good that I want to eat it after the Hydraulic press crushes it. The press comes down to smash the cheddar cheese. the hydraulic press crushes the cheese slowly as it gets flatter and flatter the cheese squeezes out the sides and overflows out of the press. After it is crushed it is very flat and looks like thinly sliced cheese. The hydraulic press does a great job at smashing cheese. After the hydraulic press crushed the cheese. I have fun eating the thinly crushed cheddar cheese.

In this video I see what happens if you stir or mix water really fast. Does the temperature increase because of water friction? If so, can we actually get the water to boil just from mixing it? First I test it by hand then I see how it compares to using more power such as a Blendtech blender.
